Disappointed but not discouraged

The committee was saddened to see the vandalism that occurred on the night of July 1 st. The paving around the bench at the top of market street was wrecked and the lovely flower pot outside of the Blackberry was overturned, among other things. We hope this is a one-off occurrence and we are pleased with the quick response of the Gardi in dealing with the matter. The committee continues to march on with numerous projects throughout the town which includes involvement with residents committees, tree and flower planting, promoting Thomastown's built heritage, reducing litter, and increasing biodiversity.
